Electronic Noise is a phenomenon were electronic devices can interfere with the signal immitted and receive from your avalanche beacon.  In the event that you do need to search for someone electronic noise can hamper your ability to quickly recover someone.  We recommend when traveling in avalanche terrain you leave other electronic devices turned off or at least 50 cm away from your avalanche beacon.
